EVChargeLK Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; unless otherwise required by the applicable platform or law, your current paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

For a Google Play subscription, open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > EVChargeLK and follow the cancellation instructions, or use the subscription-management link provided inside the EVChargeLK app.

For an Apple subscription, open your Apple device Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions, select EVChargeLK and follow Apple’s cancellation instructions. Apple-billed subscriptions are controlled by the Apple subscription system.

If you purchased directly from EVChargeLK, use the Account > Subscription section in the app or website, or contact info@evchargingpoint.lk if the cancellation control is unavailable.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription. You must use the applicable subscription-management process.

Cancellation and refund are separate. A cancellation generally stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current period. See the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
